1. General Provisions & Eligibility

Welcome to Melbet(the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”, “Customer”, “Bettor”) and the operator of the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Pelican Entertainment B.V. (company registration number 134359), having its registered office at Perseusweg 27A, Willemstad, Curaçao, under the gaming license OGL/2024/561/0554 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board on November 15, 2024, in accordance with the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (P.B. 2024, no. 157).

Payments and billing services are facilitated by authorized payment agents, including Edric Ltd. and/or Faren Ltd., both registered in Cyprus.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any bet, participating in promotions, or using any services on melbet.com (including mobile applications and mirrors), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus Rules, and any sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these documents — do not register or use the Platform.

1.1. The Services are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher) to register and use the Platform. We conduct mandatory age and identity verification; any underage participation renders all bets invalid and may lead to permanent account closure.

1.3. The Services are not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law (including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Netherlands, France, Iran, North Korea, and others — full list available in your account settings or upon request). It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is legal in your country of residence. We bear no liability if you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

1.4. Only one account per person, household, IP address, email, phone number, payment method, or device is permitted. Duplicate/multiple accounts will be blocked; winnings may be forfeited, and deposits returned minus any bonuses/withdrawal fees.

2.1. To use the Services you must complete the registration process truthfully and keep your account details (username, password, email, phone) secure and confidential.

2.2. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Any bets placed using your credentials are considered valid and placed by you.

2.3. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify our Support team.

2.4. We reserve the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time — including government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, selfie with ID, video verification, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension, bet voiding, or account closure.

3.1. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, available payment methods, fees (if any), and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by country/payment provider.

3.2. Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods previously used for deposits (subject to anti-money laundering rules).

3.3. We may limit, delay, or decline withdrawals if:

• KYC is incomplete
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Negative balance exists after bet settlement
• Technical or legal reasons apply

3.4. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction/day/week/month apply and are visible in your account. Winnings exceeding €60,000 per single bet may be paid in installments.

3.5. You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by banks/payment providers. We do not compensate for such fees.

4.1. A bet is considered accepted only after it appears in your Bet History with a unique ID.

4.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any bet without explanation, limit stakes on any market/event, or change odds/lines at any time (changes do not affect already accepted bets).

4.3. Minimum stake — equivalent to €0.20 (or currency equivalent). Maximum payout per bet — €60,000 unless otherwise stated.

4.4. Bets on events already started (unless Live betting) or on obviously incorrect odds/markets may be voided.

4.5. In case of obvious errors (misprinted odds, wrong participants, technical glitches), bets may be settled at correct market odds or voided at our discretion.

5.1. Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body/federation (not other bookmakers).

5.2. Regular time applies unless otherwise specified (extra time, penalties, overtime included only if explicitly stated in market rules).

5.3. Disputes regarding settlement must be submitted in writing via Support within 10 days (72 hours for Live Esports) after the event ends, with clear explanation and evidence.

5.4. If an event is postponed/canceled/abandoned — rules depend on sport/market (dead-heat rule for ties in some cases, void/refund in others — see sport-specific rules).

5.5. We are not liable for inaccuracies in results if sourced officially.

6.1. All bonuses are governed by separate Bonus Rules published on the Platform.

6.2. Bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage across accounts, etc.) results in bonus forfeiture, winnings cancellation, and possible account closure.

7.1. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to authorities:

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering
• Match-fixing involvement or insider information betting
• Use of bots, automated software, arbitrage syndicates
• Providing false information/documents
• Collusion with other users

7.2. If we suspect match-fixing, we may suspend markets, void bets, or settle at 1.00.

8.1. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Technical failures, delays, viruses, data loss
• Incorrect translations, misprints, or website errors
• Your gambling losses
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your last deposit or winnings in dispute.

9.1. We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes are published on the website and take effect immediately for future bets/activity. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of Terms, with or without notice.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

10.2. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via our Support. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
